1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 777ba platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777ba reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within those accounts without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 777ba will never contact you by any channel to request your password. 3.3 Account Verification

777ba reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Verification is required before the processing of any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 777ba may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or the closure of the account.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 777ba reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform at the time. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 consecutive months may be closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method registered in the same name as the 777ba account. 4.4 Own Funds Requirement

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the 777ba platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a payment provider processes transactions in a different currency, conversion will occur at the rate applied by that provider and any conversion costs are borne by the Player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by 777ba are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be requested. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

5.4 Bonus Abuse

5.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions

777ba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of such a change will not be affected retroactively, provided they continue to comply with the original promotion terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct
